What exactly does VACU-form do?
VACU-form WISCHEMANN GmbH & Co. KG is an internationally successful thermoforming manufacturer of innovative plastic products for many different areas of application. Our products include, for example, vehicle parts, trays, intermediate layers and special pallets, rainwater trenches, photovoltaic trays and garden ponds. VACU-form produces its own sheet material using the extrusion process, which is then further processed on thermoforming machines using the single and twinsheet process.
The VACU-form team includes around 140 colleagues.
Which companies belong to the WISCHEMANN Group?
In addition to VACU-form, the WISCHEMANN Group also includes WISCHEMANN Kunststoff GmbH in Ochtrup and wi-sales GmbH in Ochtrup, all located in north-west Germany.

For which industries does VACU-form manufacture plastic parts?
VACU-form WISCHEMANN GmbH & Co. KG manufactures products for many different industries, e.g. automotive, agriculture, horticulture, solar, construction, packaging and many more. Due to our many finishing options, there are almost no limits.
Which plastics does VACU-form process?
At VACU-form, we can use the following plastics depending on the product: Polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polystyrene (PS), acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), polycarbonate (PC) and styrene-acrylonitrile (SAN). Mixtures are also possible.
What product dimensions are possible with thermoforming?
At VACU-form, we can produce thermoformed parts up to a size of 4.60 m x 2.80 m x 1 m.
What quantities are possible with VACU-form?
The possible quantities always depend on the product. Please feel free to contact us!
How sustainable are VACU-form products?
VACU-form thinks sustainability in many dimensions. Not only are we certified to DIN ISO 50001, we also process 80% reclaimed materials. Around 90% of our products can be recycled again, and we also recycle our own production waste, offcuts, etc. In addition, we have been using electricity exclusively from renewable sources since 2016. Which process does VACU-form use for plastics processing?
VACU-form WISCHEMANN GmbH & Co. KG specialises in the development and manufacture of innovative thermoformed parts with a high degree of vertical integration on systems that we have developed and patented ourselves. We produce our own sheet material using the extrusion process and then process it further using the single or twinsheet process, depending on the product.

What are the loading times for deliveries and collections?
Our loading times for lorries are Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 15:00 and Friday from 07:00 to 12:00. Please make an appointment in advance.
